Western Terminus: OK-7/US-81, west of downtown Duncan
Eastern Terminus: OK-7, southeastern Duncan
There are no 'End' signs at either terminus. This route used to be OK-7, before the construction of a bypass around central Duncan. This route, known alternately along its path as OK-7B and BUS-OK-7, travels directly through Duncan's central business district (a.k.a., downtown). Despite what all the maps show, at no point along this route is it referred to as OK-7A.
