The first northbound assurance sign
(at left, click for larger version) mislabels OK-72 as a US highway. Unfortunately,
this is not the only instance on this road. Most of the junction signs along
US-266 had US-72 shields, as did most of the shields in Haskell.
There were work crews at the southern terminus when I snapped these
pictures, but I'd be willing to bet they weren't there to change the signs.
Northern terminus: OK-51, Coweta
There is no 'End' sign at this terminus, nor directional
signs for OK-51. Thanks to that railroad bridge, there's not much room for
them.
