Roadklahoma OK-69A (north)
Southern Terminus: OK-10, Miami

OK-10 is the cross street. Continuing straight ahead will put you on I-44 (it's the trumpet exchange on-ramps for the Will Rogers Turnpike)

This intersection, about midway along OK-69A, marks the spot where Alternate US-69 used to begin, as recently as two months earlier, when I snapped the picture at the right. OK-69A had to have been commissioned as recently as December 2002, as the Alt-69 signs were still up as recently as Thanksgiving Weekend 2002. (click on either picture for a larger version)

Northern Terminus: Kansas State Line (continues as Alternate US-69)

Southern terminus & left midpoint pictures taken 1 February 2003. Right midpoint and northern terminus pictures taken 29 November 2002, when the highway was still Alt-US-69.
