The main picture didn't make much
sense by itself, so I used the Terraserver site to show what the
intersection looks like. The cross street is actually the exit's
off-ramp, and becomes the oncoming lane. (The main picture was taken at
Spot 1 on the map, looking roughly northeast. Traffic in my direction
of travel (and that of the car in the picture) has
to stop & yield to exiting
traffic.
There is no 'End' marker, but as the BGSs for the exit in question (one
of which can be seen at left, taken at Spot 2 in the aerial photo)

only to '66 West' it is safe to assume that highway's terminus point is
here. And since BL-44 is duplexed with MO-66 the entire time it
travels east-west, it would also be reasonable to put its terminus
point here as
well.
