Southern Terminus: Oklahoma State Line, continues as OK-8

Southern Terminus: KS-2, Kiowa
Unlike Oklahoma, KS-8 is the only state highway that
is broken up into two unconnected sections, the other KS-8 on the opposite
side of the state adjoining the Nebraska border. It is likely the midsection
was the road now signed US-281.
